Data collected and purposes

Newsletter: if you leave your e-mail address in the sign-up form, we process it to send you updates about our collections. Providing it is optional; without it the newsletter cannot be delivered.

Contact requests: when you write to us through the contact form, WhatsApp, Telegram, e-mail or telephone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, country and message) in order to reply to your request.

Browsing data: our systems automatically collect certain technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages visited) whose transmission is inherent to the use of Internet protocols, to ensure the correct operation and security of the site.

Legal basis

Processing of contact data is based on responding to your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and on the legitimate interest in handling communications (Art. 6.1.f).

Newsletter subscription is based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a), which can be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link or by writing to the controller.

Data retention

Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes: contact data for the time needed to handle your request and related obligations; newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

Recipients and non-EU transfers

To provide the service we rely on suppliers who process data on our behalf as processors: Vercel Inc. (site hosting), Resend (newsletter delivery and management), Google LLC (Google Forms contact form and map). Some of these suppliers are based in the United States: transfers take place on the basis of adequate safeguards (EU Commission standard contractual clauses and/or Data Privacy Framework adherence).

Data is not disclosed or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

You may at any time exercise the rights under Arts. 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as withdrawal of consent.
